2006 College Connection
May 22-26

“Mo-Quest: Is there something more?”

Are you spiritually hungry
but institutionally suspicious?

Do you have a hunch that salvation
might be more than fire insurance?

Are you literally serious but not
seriously literal when you read the Bible?

Do you suspect that some questions might
be more important than just having the answers?

Then join us on the spiritual journey that is "Mo-Quest" where we will ask these questions and
many more as we discover together, "Is there something more?"

At College Connection you will enjoy. . .

Thought provoking keynote presentations by Rick Ufford-Chase,
Rev. Dr. Cynthia Rigby
, and Whitney Wilkinson.

Creative worship and music led by Corey Nelson.

A writing workshop and concert by David LaMotte
.

He is the co-founder and co-director of BorderLinks, a bi-national organization that provides experiential education on issues such as trade and globalization and the concerns of migrants on the border. Rick is sponsored in that work as a Mission Co-Worker in the Worldwide Ministries Division of the Presbyterian Church (USA). He is a co-moderator of the Presbyterian Peace Fellowship, a founder of the Samaritans (an organization providing emergency assistance to migrants in the borderlands of Southern Arizona), and a reservist as a nonviolent peacemaker in situations of conflict with Christian Peacemaker Teams.
